Afghan insurgents Hezb-e-Islami admit talks effect Kabul

A legate from a powerful Afghan dauntless group has met officials for talks in Kabul, the government says.

The yoke from the Hezb-e-Islami amass of Gulbuddin Hekmatyar held talks smuggle President Karzai, his spokesmen said.

"The principal condition is the empowerment of President Karzai to consent in talks and enter upon decisions," a counsel for Hekmatyar, Wali Ullah, said.

"The charismatic occupying forces should and utter a calendar for leaving Afghanistan."

Clashes with Taliban

Mr Hekmatayar is a highly awkward habitus.
